HouzezMobile, branded iOS and Android apps for Houzez websites

The product

HouzezMobile turns a real estate website built on Houzez into an iOS and Android app. It is for agencies and property portals that already run their listings on Houzez and want to be on their clients' phones without rebuilding anything.

Each app is published under the agency's own name, logo, colours and icon, through its own App Store and Google Play accounts. Our demo app is live on both stores, so anyone can try the experience before ordering.

What we built

• Live sync with the website through the WordPress REST API. A listing added, edited or removed on the site changes in the app, with no double entry.
• Property search with flexible filters and a map view, plus browsing by city, property type, agency or what is nearby.
• Property pages with floor plans, virtual tours, maps and nearby places.
• Agent and agency profiles, with reviews for properties, agents and agencies.
• Lead capture in the app: enquiry forms, visit scheduling and one-tap contact, feeding the Houzez dashboard the agency already uses.
• Saved searches and favourites, with push notifications when new properties match.
• Add a property from the phone, for agents and agencies on the move.
• Offline caching, so listings already loaded stay available.

How it works

An agency sends its website address and branding. We set up, test and publish the app to both stores, typically within two to four weeks, and keep it updated as Houzez, iOS and Android release new versions. It supports multi-language Houzez sites, including English, Arabic, Spanish and French.
